Lynne Dicaire and Yves de Niverville have been involved in real estate dealings since a young age.  Lynne’s father is a former real estate broker and at a time when computer technology, pagers and cellulars were practically non-existent, she used to manually update the listings books. 

Yves’ parents were both, many times over, buyers and sellers of properties.  Actually, there were 49 properties in total.  Lynne and Yves are a husband and wife team that have been working in real estate since 1987 and 1989 respectively.

Jasmin Dicaire is also a licensed sales representative and a partner.  Like his mother, he grew up
in a real estate environment.  Witnessing his mother’s hard work and success from an early age, he has come to love the business himself.  He is a knowledgeable, young professional who puts a great amount of importance on making sure his clients are well represented.

In 1991, they were among the first real estate professionals to hire a full-time assistant.  Together, as a small yet effective team, they work very hard to provide a level of service expected by their clients.

In 2006, Josee Leger joined as the team's administrator.  She is very customer service oriented and handles every situation with compassion and professionalism.
