Lynne & Yves have both been involved in real estate dealings since a young age. Lynne’s father is a former real estate broker and at a time when computer technology, pagers and cellulars were practically non-existent, she used to manually update the listings books. Yves’ parents were both, many times over, buyers and sellers of properties. Actually, there were 49 properties in total. This husband and wife team has been selling real estate since 1987 & 1989 respectively.
To assist in their day-to-day operation with a steady incline in number of transactions, they were among the first real estate professionals to hire full-time assistants in 1991. Together as a small but most effective team, they work very hard to provide a level of service expected when working with buyers and/or sellers.
Finding personal & family time in a highly successful business is quite challenging...but they do. They still somehow make time to stay physically and mentally fit and spend time with their two sons. Jasmin (Jazz), is also a licensed sales representative and a member of Lynne and Yves' Homeselling Team. Jérémie is the founder/owner of Trim to Perfection - a small enterprise specializing in custom trim for homes. |
